Many of our clients prefer or we might recommend that we begin by conducting an organizational review. This enables us to determine the underlying causes of the challenges our clients might discuss with us in our initial discussions. Our clients may initially approach with requests for specific services. It has been our experience that although the client may be correct in their assessment of their requirements to address their challenges, in some cases a more thorough examination of the organization leads would be beneficial. Through the organizational review, we may discuss different underling issues that will require a different approach than first indicated. ​Our organizational review is based on a series of client involved customized questions leading to interviews and surveys conducted within the organizations. This approach enables us to determine issues with structure, processes, culture, interpersonal and team dynamics, engagement, and leadership styles. The review culminates with a report providing our findings and observations.
