TruScore 360° Leadership Competency aims to provide the participants with an opportunity to objectively examine key leadership competencies and interpersonal skills required to be an exemplary Leader. Participants will engage in a 360° assessment to develop greater awareness of their current strengths and areas needing development as a Leader. Participants will learn how to analyze their 360° report and will be assisted in developing a leadership development action plan. Subsequent coaching, based on the action plan can be provided.
